TERMINO LA GIRA BACK ON THE ROAD

Después de dieciocho fechas, nueve países visitados y casi dos meses de ruta, Aerosmith dió por concluida la gira “Back On The Road” con su última presentación en Sapporo, Japón, el día 10 de Diciembre de 2011.

La misma que los haría recorrer gran parte de Sudamérica y plantar bandera en suelo nipón (del lado Asiático del mundo, claro está) los hizo revivir, fundamentalmente, gran cantidad de temas pertenecientes a la primer década de la banda.

En un principio accidentada, por la caída que sufrió, el líder, Steven Tyler en Paraguay, la gira latinoamericana resultó ser un verdadero éxito en cuanto a recaudaciones se trate. Ocho millones de dólares son los que fueron a parar a las abultadas cuentas bancarias de los cinco integrantes de la banda de rock, solo en este tramo. A todo esto, cabe destacar y sin menospreciar a nadie, que fue de Buenos Aires, Argentina, de dónde se llevaron el mayor caudal (correspondiente a los 3.8 millones del total).

Muy conforme quedó la banda con su desempeño sobre los escenarios este año y con la respuesta que obtuvo del público (y no es para menos). Ellos mismos mimos se encargaron de demostrar gratitud hacia sus fans por medio de las redes sociales. Incluso algún que otro baterista se animó a decir “Los veo el año que viene” en uno de sus Tweets.

Hasta acá todo muy lindo y ojalá volvamos a verlos pronto… Pero el éxito que pueda tener una gira, no debe medirse sólo por las cifras que puedan llegar a lograr, o por cuánta gente metan dentro de un estadio. Lo más importante y que debería ser usado como parámetro a la hora de querer medir el éxito de una gira es la conformidad del público (en su totalidad) y es en este tema en el que quiero hacer hincapié.

Todos hemos ido viendo por Internet los SETLISTS después de cada fecha (quien no lo haya hecho puede revisar este link). Y cualquiera que conozca, más o menos, cómo fue la trayectoria musical de Aerosmith a través de los años pudo haberse dado cuenta de las diferencias que hubo ¿A qué me refiero con esto? A la elección de los temas para cada show ¿O alguno no notó las disparidad entre los sets de Sudamérica y los Japoneses?

Entonces ¿Podemos decir que se logró la conformidad del público en su totalidad? Seguramente, en Latinoamérica, todos se fueron contentos del recital de Aerosmith, sobre todo aquellos que pretendían escuchar los hits más famosos de la banda. Pero ¿Qué habrá pasado por la mente de los más grandes seguidores al momento de ver los temas que se estaban tocando del otro lado del planeta tanto en cantidad como en calidad?

La pregunta del millón es ¿Cuál es el criterio de Aerosmith a la hora de elegir los temas que va a tocar en cada presentación? ¿Cuál es la diferencia entre Japón y el resto de Sudamérica? ¿Puede ser simplemente el hecho de que tengan una moneda más fuerte? ¿A qué se debe esta diferencia?

Después de cuatro años de su presentación en el Quilmes Rock, Aerosmith vuelve a la Argentina en el mes de Octubre.
Fuimos los primeros en anticipar la venida de Aerosmith a la Argentina para fines de 2011. La fecha dada finalmente terminó siendo sólo una aproximación. Pero hoy si podemos afirmar que el próximo Viernes 28 de Octubre de 2011 Aerosmith se estará presentando en el Estadio Unico de La Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina. La fecha fue confirmada por la banda misma en su página de Internet, junto con el resto de los shows planeados en Sudamérica. Los paises afortunados serán Perú, Chile, Argetina, Brasil, Panamá, Colombia y Mexico.

La venta oficial de entradas comienza el día Martes 21 de Junio. Aunque a partir del Lunes 6 de Junio a las 20 hs podrán adquirir sus entradas en preventa exclusiva quienes tengan tarjeta de crédito BBVA Banco Francés y con un descuento del 15%. El precio de las mismas todavía se desconoce pero en un cálculo aproxiamado se entima que el sector vip estará costando entre 800 y 1000 pesos.

INFORMACIÓN ÚTIL:

COMO LLEGAR

1. En auto: Tomar la autopista Dr. Ricardo Balbín (más conocida como Autopista Buenos Aires - La Plata). Son aproximadamente 60 Km, 2 peajes, y la autopista termina en la ciudad de La Plata. Una vez allí llegarán a una rotonda con distintas opciones para acceder a la ciudad: accesos por Calle 32, Diagonal 74, Calle 120, Calle 122.

2. En micro: Hay dos empresas que tienen servicios directos desde Capital: Grupo Plaza y Costera Metropolitana.
Ambas salen desde la estación Retiro, realizan paradas en las principales avenidas que cortan la Av. 9 de Julio, luego en la estación Constitución y de allí directo a La Plata.
Para viajar desde La Plata a Capital, los lugares para subirse son los mismos, aunque se recomienda salir desde la terminal para asegurarse un boleto y un lugar.

3. En Tren: Los trenes salen desde Constitución y llegan a la terminal de trenes de La Plata.

4. Combis desde La Plata a Capital: Hay un servicios de combis. El transporte tiene una frecuencia de 30 minutos y sale desde el frente de la Catedral, en la calle 14, teniendo como última parada la terminal de Retiro, en Buenos Aires.

Aerosmith nueva gira por Sudmérica, 12 de Noviembre de 2011 en Argentina. Primicia exclusiva de Nninelivesbaby. Lugar a confirmar.
Cómo ya era sabido, Aerosmith sale de gira y hace pasada por Sudamérica. La noticia corrió, hace unos meses, por boca de Joey Kramer, quién afirmara en un reportaje que la banda estaría volviendo a pisar este suelo. El video ya lo vieron todos los fanáticos hace rato.

De a poco nos fuimos enterando algunas fechas y los países que estarían incluídos en el recorrido. El dato nuevo, primicia exclusiva de Ninelivesbaby, es que se estarán presentando en la Argentina el próximo Sábado 12 de Noviembre de 2011, lugar a confirmar.

AEROSMITH YA ESTÁ EN CHILE!

Los rockeros de Aerosmith ya pusieron sus patulecas en Santiago, al aguaite del show que se mandarán mañana en el Movistar Arena.

El grupo integrado por Steven Tyler, Joe Perry, Tony Hamilton, Brad Whitford y Joey Kramer arribó ayer desde Perú a las 18 horas por el sector de protocolo del aeropuerto.

Ahí cerca de unos 20 fans quedaron loquitos cuando vieron a Tyler que saludó con su caracho terrible de carreteado.

Recomendaciones para el concierto de Aerosmith en Chile

Se acerca la fecha para ver a la banda liderada por Steven Tyler. La cita será el próximo martes 25 de mayo en la Elipse del Parque O’Higgins a las 21:00 horas.

Aerosmith, regresa a Chile en el marco de su gira “Cocked, Locked, Ready to Rock Tour”, que recorrerá varios países de Latinoamérica entre ellos Colombia, Brasil y Venezuela.

Para que asistas sin problemas te dejamos algunas recomendaciones:

Las puertas se abrirán a las 18:00 Hrs.

La presentación de Aerosmith está programada para las 21:00 Hrs.

El ingreso a los estacionamientos será de preferencia por calle general Rondizzoni.

Ingreso peatonal por Costado pueblito parque O”higgins

Ingreso peatonal y vehicular por calle Tupper y calle general Rondizzoni

Ingreso vehicular por Avenida Viel

Se recomienda al público utilice los medios de transporte publico como buses, taxis y metro para llegar al espectáculo. Cupos de estacionamientos limitados.

Habrá control de Carabineros y control visual de boletos, por lo que se recomienda que cada persona tenga su ticket.

Se recomienda no comprar tickets en la calle. Los boletos tienen un patrón de seguridad y código de barras que las hace infalsificables. Recordar que comprar entradas falsificadas es un delito penado por la Ley.

No se permitirá el ingreso de elementos contundentes, cadenas, frutas, envases de todo tipo (vidrio, plástico), bebidas alcohólicas y no alcohólicas. Todos estos elementos serán requisados en el acceso.

A pocas semanas del comienzo de la gira 2010 de Aerosmith, los ensayos están al pie del día. Por medio de la red social Twitter y la frecuencia con la que Joey kramer, baterísta de la banda, da noticias a sus fans, sabemos algunos temas que estarán presentes en los set list de Cocked Locked Tour. "Chip Away The Stone", "Kings & Queens" y "Lord Of The Thigs", son algunos de estos, sin dudas verdaderas reliquias que van a ser desempolvadas para deleite de los más viejos seguidores de la agrupación. Dicho sea de paso el repaso incluirá discos tales como “Get Your Wings”, “Draw The Line” y “Gems”.

Las noticias, hoy por hoy, no son buenas para la Argentina en lo que la gira respecta. Se dió a conocer en varias páginas de Internet (entre ellas la de revista RollingStone) que Aerosmith estaría tocando en Porto Alegre el día 27 de Mayo de 2010, fecha que originalmente estaba pensada para que tocaran en el Hipódromo de San isidro, en Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Ahora bien ¿que pasa con el recital argentino? No se sabe nada por el momento. De postergar la fecha, por como viene el calendario de la banda, no quedaría otra alternativa que se realizara en el mes de Julio o Agosto, cuando haya finalizado la gira por Europa.

Sólo nos queda esperar noticias oficiales.

Los rumores que vienen circulando, ya hace varios días, por Internet podrían ser ciertos. Aerosmith sale de gira y ya se están confirmando las primeras fechas, eso es un hecho.

Días atrás se supo que tocarían en UK., ahora se sabe, por boca de Joe Perry (quien dio noticias en Twitter) que primero harían escala en Sudamérica. Según se dice Perú, Brasil, Argentina y Chile estarían incluidos.

Aerosmith Regretfully Announce Cancellation of Remainder of Summer Tour

It is with great regret that AEROSMITH are canceling the remainder of their summer tour, it was announced today.

Due to injuries STEVEN TYLER sustained last week when he fell from the stage during a concert in Sturgis, SD, doctors have advised the lead singer to take the time to properly recuperate from the accident that resulted in a broken shoulder and stitches to his head. In his current condition, TYLER is unable to tour and the band wants to give him time to get healthy.

Ticket refunds for the rest of the tour dates with special guests ZZ Top will be available at point of purchase.

TYLER fell from the stage during the August 5 show that was part of the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in Western South Dakota. The mishap occurred while he was dancing during the band's "Love in an Elevator." TYLER was subsequently airlifted to a hospital and then returned to Boston to consult with his own doctors.

AEROSMITH--STEVEN TYLER (vocals), JOE PERRY (guitar), BRAD WHITFORD (guitar), TOM HAMILTON (bass) and JOEY KRAMER (drums)--want to thank all their fans for their incredible ongoing support and understanding at this time.

Billie Perry, mujer de Joe Perry, pone en duda el futuro de Aerosmith.

La mujer del primer guitarrista de Aerosmith cuestiona el futuro de la banda. Según se ha posteado en el grupo "AEROFANATIC" de la red social Facebook, la ya mencionada Billie Perry, mediante un comunicado en Twitter, habría puesto en duda no solo el futuro de la gira 2009 de Aerosmith sino que también puso en duda el futuro de la misma banda.

Tras el accidentado año que tuvo Aerosmith, primero por el golpe en la cabeza de Brad Whitford, que no le permitió salir de gira con sus compañeros desde el comienzo, luego con el reemplazo de Tom Hamilton por problemas de salud, tercero el golpe en la rodilla que se dió Steven Tyler y por último la caída del mismo del escenario, quedó el ánimo de los músicos por el piso y por el momento no se sabe que será de la gira y hasta se cree que podría llegar a estar acercándose el fin de Aerosmith.

A la espera de lo que diga el doctor de Steven Tyler queda pendiente la continuación o no del tour, pero no solo eso, también podría depender de las próximas resoluciones la carrera de la mística banda de los chicos malos de Boston.

Aerosmith de gira.. primera crítica

Los dos primeros SETLIST interpretados por Aerosmith en lo que va de la gira de 2009, son verdaderamente increíbles y mucho más no se puede pedir, cumple con lo que podría esperar cualquier viejo seguidor de la banda, lo que hay que destacar es un pequeño detalle, bastante importante.

Se dijo de entrada que “Toys In The Attic”, tercer disco de estudio, iba a ser tocado de corrido en vivo.. pasaron ya los dos primeros recitales de la gira 2009 y hasta ahora no cumplieron lo prometido. “You See Me Crying”, último tema del disco, por el momento brilla por su ausencia. Aquella canción en la cual Steven Tyler iba a descansar sus pies tocando el piano sentado todavía no aparece. Sin duda alguna es uno de los temas más esperados por los fanáticos que quieren ver al ídolo rockero sacándole brillo al teclado. Pero bueno.. la gira recién empieza y el tema esta pendiente, todavía podría ( o tendrían que..) llegar a tocarlo, lo que si “TOYS” no está completo.

Aerosmith had hinted that they’d play one of their albums live in its entirety during their summer tour with ZZ Top, and now Steven Tyler and Co. report it’s a done deal: Tyler and Joey Kramer told Boston radio station WZLX they’ve chosen 1975’s Toys in the Attic.Toys, which hit Rolling Stone’s list of the Greatest Albums of All Time, features the hits “Walk This Way” and “Sweet Emotion.” Listen to the Tyler and Kramer’swhole interview with WZLX here.

In our Greatest Albums feature, RS declared Toys the moment where Aerosmith “perfected their raunchy blues-rock sound” and highlighted guitarist Joe Perry’s memorable riffs on “Walk This Way” and “Sweet Emotion.” The album captures Tyler writing with zest about his favorite topic: sex. Since its release, the LP has sold more than 8 million copies.

According to Blabbermouth, Perry recently told VH1 Classic Radio it “would be fun” to play Toys in full live. “We do a lot of songs off the first four records anyway. We’ve jammed on ‘Uncle Salty’ onstage a few times,” Perry said. “The later records with more songs on them, they would take up too much time in the set. We need to leave some room for some of the other standards.”

As Rock Daily previously reported, Perry also let slip that the band was considering releasing their new Brendan O’Brien-produced album as a Walmart exclusive. The Aerosmith-ZZ Top tour kicks off next week, June 10th, in Maryland Heights, Missouri.

Aerosmith should be touring this summer in support of a new studio album, their first non-covers collection since 2001's Just Push Play. But work on the CD was suspended after guitarist Joe Perry underwent surgery on his knee and singer Steven Tyler contracted pneumonia. The rock legends are still hitting the road anyway (with special guests ZZ Top) and EW spoke to Perry about what fans can expect, his (non-)proficiency on Guitar Hero, and the axeman's side career as a food impresario.

Entertainment Weekly: How's the knee? Joe Perry: It’s actually doing pretty good, thanks for asking. I’m doing my bends and dips and bulls--- to get it flexible for the stage.

You must be bummed the new album isn't finished. I feel like a f—king shoe salesman talking about it because this is about the third time I’ve had to make excuses why the record isn’t out. You line everything up just right: Brendan O’Brien producing, Walmart and Sony screaming for the record, tour coming up, and there’s no record. We’re still in shock that it’s not happening. So I finished my solo record which is going to be coming out probably in the early fall.

Is it any good? It’s f---ing great. It’s hands and feet better than the last one. And I think the last one was really good.

What have you got planned for the tour? We’re going to pick an album and do it from front to back. Even though we do bits and pieces from all the albums, to me, there’s kind of a vibe that happens when you hear an album from beginning to end.

Do you know which album you’re going to do? Yeah, I do. [laughs]

But you’re not going to tell me? Right.

The folks at Guitar Hero brought out an Aerosmith game last year and there's also a new GH competition, the winners of which will get to play as your "opening act." Are you any good at Guitar Hero yourself? Of course not! The first levels being really simple and the controller being somewhat familiar for a guitar player, I can intuitively do it. But as soon as it starts veering off into the more complicated stuff then it really turns into a gamer’s game. And I’m just not a gamer. I gladly let me sons beat me.

What’s happening with your line of Joe Perry hot sauce? That stuff is delicious! Yeah, I use it. Steven’s addicted to it.

It’s nice that you’re addicted to hot sauce these days rather than anything else. Well, I didn’t say I wasn't addicted to other things as well. But hot sauce is a good one. We’re going to relaunch it in a new bottle and we’re putting out another food product. I went around the house to see what the kids were eating the most and my wife said, "That’s easy, macaroni and cheese." So, we're putting out Rock ‘N' Roni. There’s going to be four different flavors and it’s all natural and it’s really good.

At this rate, you'll soon be able to retire from this whole music business nonsense! Well, I could have retired a long time ago. But that’s not really what I’m cut out for.

Aparentemente el primer guitarrista de Aerosmith, Joe Perry, estaría trabajando en un nuevo álbum solista. Este sería su segundo disco sin sus compañeros, después de que en 2005 se lanzara a la venta aquel al cual tituló muy originalmente "Joe Perry".

Según declaraciones del músico, se espera que este nuevo trabajo este terminado antes de que comience la gira de Aerosmith con ZZ Top. Mientras tanto el próximo CD la banda liderada por Steven Tyler sigue en pausa hasta nuevo aviso.

AEROSMITH CLOSER TO DOING FULL ALBUM LIVE

This summer, Judas Priest plan to perform their album British Steel in its entirety at their live shows, Motley Crue will play all of Dr Feelgood at Crue Fest gigs and Aerosmith very well might be following the trend. Joe Perry says the band is pretty close to deciding if they’re going to perform one of their classic records in its entirety when they hit the road in June.

(Actuality #1) “Well let’s just say we’re closer to it than ever before. I’m not sure which record it would be but we’ve kind of narrowed it down. I bet we’ll end up doing it but we won’t know until we’re in the actual rehearsal studio.”

If Aerosmith does decide to play a full album live, Joe told us which he’d like them to perform.

Las primeras lenguas ubicaban a Sudamérica dentro de la gira de Aerosmith de 2009. Luego se dijo que Argentina seria integrante de los países sudamericanos por visitar. Ahora, en esta tercera entrega los rumores van más allá y hasta parecen ser más precisos.

Esta vez el hecho de la visita fue confirmado por Fenix Entertainment Gruop. Que Aerosmith visitara la Argentina ya casi se puede decir con certeza. Ahora bien, la segunda parte del rumor, que todavía no pudo ser confirmada, dice que la presentación de la banda norteamericana se daría por medio de dos recitales y probablemente tengan lugar en el estadio de Velez.

Como ya había sido anticipado por el mismísimo Steven Tyler, Aerosmith cumplirá con la fecha que quedó pendiente del 1 de Febrero de 2009 en Venezuela. Al parecer el recital está pactado para el mes de octubre, más concretamente para el día 29. La fecha, igualmente, estará siendo confirmada por Solid Show en los próximos días.

Los organizadores del evento garantizan también que quienes hayan comprado su entrada para el show del 1 de Febrero podrán usarla para la nueva fecha.

Tom Hamilton y el nuevo album de Aerosmith en 2009
El bajista de Aerosmith, Tom Hamilton ha confirmado las versiones que ubicaban a la banda norteamericana en un estudio de grabación en las próximas semanas para grabar su nuevo álbum.

Hamilton se refería de la siguiente forma al inminente proceso de grabación en el que AEROSMITH está a punto de embarcarse:

“Las grandes noticias son que hemos tenido nuestra primera reunión y nuestra primera sesión de estrategia con nuestro productor Brendan O’Brien (VELVET REVOLVER, BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN, PEARL JAM, AC/DC…). Llevamos tiempo queriendo trabajar con él. La reunión vino prácticamente seguida tras las dos primeras semanas de trabajo conjunto en la banda. Las cosas están marchando con rapidez, y ahora vamos por el carril rápido. Tuvimos un día en el que nos juntamos para escuchar las ideas de canciones de cada uno. Aerosmith Venezuela 2009 Suspendido

Caracas.- Solid Show Producciones informó hoy que debido al estado de salud del guitarrista Joe Perry, la visita de la banda norteamericana Aerosmith, ha sido pospuesta hasta nuevo aviso, por tal razón, la tercera fecha del Solid Fest (1 de febrero de 2009) se suspende.

Solid Show Producciones también dio a conocer que los dos primeros días del Solid Fest 30 de enero de 2008 y 31 de enero de 2008, siguen en pie y que la suspensión del “día de rock”, no altera ni afecta la presentación de los demás artistas como es el caso de Olga Tañón, Juanes y Aventura (30-01-09) y Daddy Yankee, Wisin & Yandel y 50 Cent (31-01-09).

Solid Show Producciones, espera, dependiendo de la recuperación del guitarrista Joe Perry, agendar una nueva fecha para la presentación de Aerosmith en nuestro país.

Perry se encontraba en Boston, ciudad donde se se citó la banda para realizar los ensayos para el concierto en Venezuela, y tuvo un accidente en el cual se fracturó una rodilla y debió ser intervenido de emergencia.

Según los doctores que lo atienden, el artista deberá estar fuera de los escenarios durante 3 ó 4 meses para poder llevar a cabo su tratamiento de rehabilitación. Aerosmith evaluó venir a Venezuela con un guitarrista suplente, pero en consenso se decidió que no era justo para los venezolanos no traer a los músicos originales.

Solid Show Producciones informa a todas las personas que compraron las entradas para el concierto de Aerosmith, que se está esperando la confirmación de la banda para una nueva fecha. Quienes quieran el reembolso de su dinero serán informados en pocos días, a través de un comunicado oficial que saldrá en la prensa nacional, como se realizará el proceso de devolución.
